AIO Wireless Customer Service Phone Number

"AIO Wireless Support"The prepaid wireless market is getting a new member – AIO Wireless. This is AT&T’s attempt to head of stiff competition from T-Mobile, and T-Mobile is not taking this lying down. They’ve already taken AT&T to court over the AIO Wireless logo, which they claim cuts a little close to the T-Mobile color scheme  - and therefore is meant to confuse consumers. But that topic is for another day. We know you are here for the AIO Wireless Customer Service Phone Number so here it is:

"AIO Wireless Customer Service Phone Number"

AIO Wireless Customer Service Phone Number

Phone Number: The best number to call is 1-855-246-2461 toll free.

Support Hours: Customer service is NOT 24/7 so you need to remember that they are only available 7am – 9pm local time. Meaning that if you are on the east coast, they are open at 7am your time and they close at 9pm your time. Same thing for all other time zones in the U.S.

Instructions: When you call, press 1 for English, then press 2 to speak to a live person. You will first have to get through the auto attendant. The auto attendant will ask you for your AIO Wireless phone number to look up your account. If you want to bypass that process, keep pressing zero “0″ until the auto attendant transfers you to a representative. Since the AIO Wireless Customer Service Phone Number is fairly new, we will continue to monitor to make sure this is the best way to get to a human. We’ve tested this many times and it has worked so we are confident you will be able to talk to a human using this workaround.

You can also click here to chat with them online.

Did it Work?: Did our instructions work? If yes, GREAT! We hope they resolved your issue successfully. If no, tell us what happened. If you got to a live person using another method, please tell us how, so we can update our information.

I am switching back to T-Mobile tomorrow 03/28/2014; your employee at w new haven ave w Melbourne fl said I could not have my money back; he printed me my receipt.
I was never given a receipt at the concert kiosk.
if you do not give me a refund, I will call the credit card company and dispute the purchase of service and the one time start up fee….
