Support Hours: Customer service is NOT 24/7 so you need to remember that they are only available 7am – 9pm local time. Meaning that if you are on the east coast, they are open at 7am your time and they close at 9pm your time. Same thing for all other time zones in the U.S.

Instructions: When you call, press 1 for English, then press 2 to speak to a live person. You will first have to get through the auto attendant. The auto attendant will ask you for your AIO Wireless phone number to look up your account.     I changed from T-Mobile to aio at runaway country concert Melbourne fl…
    so far I have received bad service and no service; mostly no service. the day was Friday 03/21/2014.
    I am switching back to T-Mobile tomorrow 03/28/2014; your employee at w new haven ave w Melbourne fl said I could not have my money back; he printed me my receipt.
    I was never given a receipt at the concert kiosk.
    if you do not give me a refund, I will call the credit card company and dispute the purchase of service and the one time start up fee….
