Eppicard Customer Service Live Person

"eppicard customer service live person"If you are an Eppicard holder, you are probably familiar with how frustrating it is to get Eppicard customer service live person. We hear a lot of complaints especially about Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, Mississippi, Texas and Florida Eppicard. We can help. Here is what to do to get a human customer service representative when you call. Also, if you called your state’s customer service and did something different to talk to a human, let us know below in the comments section:

Phone Number: The best number to call is the number on the back of your EPPICard. Make sure that you are calling the right support number. Some states have two Eppicard programs, one for Child Support and the other for Unemployment Benefits payment and they each have their own Customer Support number.

Support Hours: Even though most of the State EPPICard Customer Service claim to be open 24/7, in reality, only the automated service is open 24/7. Call to speak to a human during regular business hours.

Instructions: When you dial the EPPICard toll free number on the back of your card, do not press any button on your phone. Wait until it repeats itself about 4 times and says call back later or wait for a customer service representative. After several minutes of the auto attendant going in a loop, you are likely to get someone to pick up. So, to speak to a live person, once you dial the number, don’t do anything else, just wait on the phone and let the phone go through all the greetings and messages several times, after that, just wait and see if someone picks up.

Did it Work?: Did our instructions work? If yes, GREAT! We hope they resolved your issue successfully. If no, tell us what happened. If you got to a live person using another method, please tell us how, so we can update our information.

I have tried to get an issue fixed by calling the support line all they do is send a request to another department. What they have done is they debited my card to the sum of over 800 dollars which is my rent and light money. I hope somebody can help, me this is all the money we have.

So I used my child support (PA EPPI) card once at target during this timeframe. There is no walk-in bank for this state run childsupport card. I received no notice that my account was part of this. I called because I was buying groceries and it was declined. When I called PA EPPI, they explained that they were sorry, they couldn’t contact me (not so much as a letter or email). They explained that this replacement card has shipped and it will be here in 7-10 business days from 1/3. They explained if I wanted this card expedited, I could pay $15 for it. I had my wallet stolen and just paid this a few weeks earlier and couldn’t see paying this again when it’s TARGET’s fault. Contacted Target and asked that they just pay this fee. They read me the Target Talking Points and after 45 minutes basically said “Sorry we can do nothing to help… though it has been weeks since we were made aware of the issue, we have decided to decide later…” So money is tight, I have no access at all to these funds and no one is helping. Today is January 18th. I count this as 15 days , over the 10 required business days. I have boycotted Target since the refusal to help. No one is paying for my kids to eat. NO Thanks to PA state or Target! Neither of you care enough to assist in the situation. It is all too little, too late. I will be moving my childsupport from this. I do not trust Pennsylvania to look out for my family and Target will get none of our business whatsoever. Target should note that it’s not all about the incident, but in their poor response to it. Target notification is not altruistic. It’s a federal law.

My child support had not come this month. Why? If I call the number on the card I get charged a lot of money. Plz get back to me ASAP it means a lot. I’ve supported my child all this time with out child support & now after 6months of getting $50.00 a month it just stops. I will like to know why!!!!!

Yes you wait only to be hung up on and to hear lies and really you are better off talking to the automated system. This is ridiculous!
So I used my child support ( OH EPPI) card once at Target during this time frame. There is no walk-in bank for this state run child support card. I received no notice that my account was part of this. I called because I was buying groceries and it was declined. When I called OH EPPI, they explained that they were sorry, they couldn’t contact me (not so much as a letter or email). They explained that this replacement card has shipped and it will be here in 7-10 business days from 1/16.
It’s been 10 business days and I still have no card.
I have been hung up on by the representives and now I have been told my card was returned, but yet I finally received a letter yesterday saying that they were going to cancel my card on the 16th which it was ten days later that they informed me. I am reading these complaints on line and it looks to me as if eppicard is giving everyone the run around.
I work two jobs to take care of my girls. I am not asking for handouts. I am just asking to have access to my money. I had to borrow gas money in order to get to work and in order to pay for the groceries I was trying to purchase I had to use my debit card where I had already paid bills earlier that day and so it made two of my transactions not get paid causing late fees and overdraft fees. Who will help me with these? I have four payments sitting there with no access to this money for my children. This is not a handout! This behavior from EPPIcard would not be tolerated with other cards. I find the entire system with EPPIcard punitive, disrespectful, and with no compassion for those that have to use this system. Who thought the EPPIcard was a good idea? I am very angry about this and Ohio should consider another system. The EPPICard does not work when there is a problem.
You can go to the website
and see more complaints from all states. I really just want to be able to get gas and feed my kids. It now looks like I might get my card Thursday but by then I will be getting paid from both of my jobs. I am not crossing my fingers that I will get the card on Thursday because from all the complaints it does not look good.
I have contacted the child support office and all they do is tell you that they are not responsible for the eppicard. Well who is accountable??? Who is looking out for the welfare of the kids.
Should Target pay my late fees and overdraft fees? How about eppicard? I am sure neither are going to care because it’s not their money and not their problem. It should be! Thank you so much for your time!!!

This worked! Only bad thing is, I had to wait on the phone for around 25 to 30 minutes before i talked to someone.

  9. Marlana Hartman says

I’m from PA & after several times of calling & getting more frustrated by the minute I came across this!! Thank you, it worked.

  10. Sandi says

I tried calling many times and didn’t get through. A
nd then I found this, you really have to wait to the very end, it will say your call can’t be connected and it will seem like it will hang up, but stay on the line because it will tranfer you to an actual person. Great help, thanks. : )

My card was canceled due to a fraud alert. However, I was NOT notified. As a result, I pulled up to the gas pump and did not have money to purchase gas. Customers should be emailed or contacted via phone when this happens. Due to my immediate need for funds, I had to order a new card via UPS services. Even with this, I will not have funds for two days. The cancellation happened five days ago. Although the card would still have been cancelled, I would have planned differently had I been notified that I would not have access to funds. My recommendation is that the service provider notifies the card holder immediately to allow him/.her to make the necessary financial adjustments while awaiting a new card. Also, I found it interesting that I could receive a new card via UPS within two days. However, I would receive it before 15 days via regular mail. I do understand paying more for timely delivery. However, I do not understand the card holder being further penalized by an incident not of his/her making by not having access to funds for 15 additional days. This seems to add more lemons to an already unfavorable situation. The card provider should find a way to cut the delivery time of those who cannot comfortably afford to pay the $15 fee to allow the customer quicker access to his/her funds. After all, God created the world in six days. Surely, with modern technology and brainstorming, someone can come up with a better solution to this service delivery problem.

My card was canceled due to a fraud alert… I’d like to know why?
At this point I can’t call out, because I need to use this card to put a few bucks on my phone so it can make an going call.

This is crazy…..I did not cancel my card, nor was any “fraud” going on with it. I bet this is a scam for them to collect monies for each card they flag.

They need to have an online site to contact them!!!!!!!!

  17. Dustin says

THANK YOU!!!! This worked. The rep also told me there are 2 other ways to get to them.

    1) Enter a false SSN when asked.

    2) Press 3, listen to your last 10 transactions, and wait there for a rep.

  18. Erica says

After 2 years of dealing with eppicard, and trying a million different numbers I found on Google to try to talk to a real person..This worked in just a few minutes..Thank you!

  19. Christy L Childress says

It does work!!! But when you do it make sure you don’t even hit 1 for English, that is when you need to wait and eventually it will send you to a live customer service representative. But they did help out a lot!!!!
