You have probably seen the ads for the Chase Liquid Prepaid Card and all the wonderful claims about the advantages of getting the card, including zero fees to open, zero to loan and reload, and a $4.95 monthly fee. Is this card really as good as Chase would like us to believe (see video below)? How about the customer service that comes with the card. If the card has all these advantages and a lousy customer service, then what’s the point. We therefore set out to find out how responsive is their support. Here is what we found:
