So, we decided to call T-Mobile and see how easy it is to get T-Mobile Customer Service Live Person and speak to a human. Here is what we found:

How to Speak to a Live Person: Call 800-866-2453 and Press 1 for English. You will be transferred to the auto attendant. You will be asked to enter your T-Mobile Phone Number. You can say “I don’t have one” if you want to skip that step. You should then say “Customer Service” and you will be transferred to speak with a live customer service person. When we tested this, we were transferred to a customer service person right away without any hold.

Support Hours: Customer Service Representatives are available from 3 a.m. to 10p.m. PST, daily. You can also get automated account help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
