How to Speak to a Live Person: Call 800-922-0204 and you will get the auto attendant. Press #, then press 6 and finally press zero “0″ for a live person. You will be transferred immediately. When we tested this, it worked without a problem.

For Verizon Fios: Press #, then 0#, then 0, then 0, to get to a representative. You will have to listen to the automated voice system but you will be transferred and talk to someone in less than 5 minutes.

Verizon Wireless Customer Service: Mon.-Fri. 6 a.m.-11 p.m. Sat.-Sun. 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
