My account was 1st frozen on May 20th around 1 pm. After 1 full day of hang ups, sent back to the main menu , waiting 2 to 3 hours with each call to speak with some one and pure ignorance, my account was accessible. I finally spoke to a woman named Maya who unfroze my account on May 21st around 8:00pm. Everything asked of me was sent numerous times and I just keep getting this terrible treatment. I wake up today and around 1pm on May 26th I noticed I received a deposit from unemployment. I called to get my personalized card, since I never received one and requested numerous times. The woman said nothing accept that I should receive in 3 days if I Express mail for 15 dollars. I say ok and go to go shopping at Walmart. I get there try to use my card only to find out it has been frozen once again. Twice in less than a week. Now at this point out of 6 days, 3 of those days I could not access my account. So I send everything again today and was told I have to wait 2 business days. I am freaking out because again I have no money, 5 children and have to food shop and cannot. This company has caused me a great deal of stress and loss of important things that I cannot get back such as my daughters birthday that was ruined because I had no money to get cake, food, a gift, nothing at all. Now again, cannot food shop, have little kids that need to eat and am being told I have to wait again for them to verify, what they verified last week. This company is a complete joke. It is so awful that a company has this much control over MY MONEY. IVE WAITED AND WAITED FOR THIS AND FINALLY GET IT ONLY FOR IT TO BE FROZEN. I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK. I NEVER FELT AS MUCH STRESS AS I HAVE IN THESE LAST 6 DAYS. OH AND NOT TO MENTION MY MORTGAGE, GAS BILL AND CAR PAYMENT ARE ALL SET TO COME OUT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO NOW. ALSO, MY FIANCE NEEDS TO GET HIS MEDICATION TOMORROW MORNING THAT HE CANNOT JUST NOT TAKE FOR 2 DAYS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT. BOY IS THIS COMPANY GONNA HAVE A LAWSUIT ON THERE HAND. BETWEEN MY CHILDREN STRESSED ABOUT EATING, MY FIANCE MISSING HIS MEDS, THAT HE ABSOLUTELY CANT, THE MAJOR ANXIETY WE ARE BOTH UNDER AND ALL MY BILLS NOT BEING ABLE TO BE PAID. I WOULD NEVER TREAT SOMEONE THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY YOYR COMPANY.
